February 23rd, 2009We have just signed on the dotted line and paid the deposit. We are moving to new premises and plan on opening on the 1st March with a small launch party. We will now be based in Unit 1 on the Fifehead Business Park in Fifehead Magdalen, Dorset. So I feel a trip to Ikea is in need this week

“2009 is the year..
January 17th, 2009… for Kicsi. I have just heard from the Princes Trust that they are giving us some funding to put into Kicsi. I am over the moon, the panel said they loved our products and our website. This means big things for Kicsi and for you, as we will be putting the money into having a stand at a baby show this year (TBA) so you will be able to come meet us and see our range for yourself.

Warm welcome from Kicsi…
September 23rd, 2008Welcome to our blog… we will keep you up to date with any news, events & special offers. Our aim at Kicsi is to bring you bright and bold colours instead of the normal pale pinks and blues traditionally associated with newborns. Being a mum of 2 and having used cloth nappies on both, I found it very hard to find funky clothing that would fit over the bulky nappies so this is one thing close to my heart.
We plan on making our whole range fit equally snug over any cloth or disposable nappy. Our Kicsi Sleep Gown is full length and has dispensed of fiddly poppers in favour of an elasticated bottom. This ensures baby is safely and snugly cocooned inside the gown, and makes access for nappy changing easy, the sleep gown also has turn down cuffs that act as mitts to prevent scratching.
We have also included a changing mat in our range that’s able to be folded very small to fit into a bulky cloth nappy changing bag. It has a coordinating top layer to mix and match with our sleepwear and a waterproof layer to protect surfaces from accidents. Kicsi hats and bibs are the perfect compliment to mix and match with our range, the bibs are especially good at providing that extra protective layer during the dribbly times.
